Tournament Lodging & Travel

Western Washington Surf works closely with Athlete Travel, our official travel partner, to source a range of hotel options and secure preferred rates for visiting teams.

Not a Stay-and-Play Event

Copa Surf is not a Stay-to-Play tournament. Teams and families are free to arrange their own accommodations and are not required to book through Athlete Travel or any specific hotel partner. There are no minimum room requirements and no surcharges for teams that choose to book independently.

Working with Athlete Travel

Athlete Travel partners with our lodging providers to:
  • Track team reservations (when booked through their system)
  • Ensure there are enough rooms available for the event
  • Provide a high-quality travel and lodging experience tailored to the needs of each team
