At Surf, we recognize the need for stronger, more unified programming for girls. We’re committed to addressing this by empowering our female players through top-tier training, development, and coaching. With SHE IS SURF as our rallying call, we’re building a culture that celebrates and uplifts female athletes at every level.
This initiative is led by Sarah Reiber, our She Is Surf Director, who brings a global perspective and a deep passion for mentorship, community, and player growth. Sarah holds a USSF D License and is actively pursuing her C License, reflecting her ongoing commitment to coaching education and development. From 2020 to 2022, she lived in Rome, Italy, where she studied Sports Management, earned a UEFA Level 1 certificate, and played at the highest level of competition.
Sarah’s experiences abroad—both on and off the pitch—shaped her coaching philosophy and strengthened her belief in the power of sport to build confidence, connection, and character. Through She Is Surf, she’s focused on creating opportunities for girls to thrive, both in the game and beyond, by fostering an environment that champions their growth and celebrates their voice.

Programs & Clinics
Surf provides opportunities for extra practice in our camps and clinics. We have Girls Only clinics going throughout the season in which players can work with girls of different ages to improve their skills.
