2026 Academy & Premier Tryouts

Before registering for tryouts, decide if you are willing to commit to our team placement approach:

• Specific team placement will only be established by July 1, 2026.
• We use tryouts to identify if a player is ready to join our club in their respective age group.
• Post tryouts, your offer will not specify team placement. If selected, your offer will be to join the program (academy or premier) for the 2026–27 season.
• Throughout the month of June, players will be evaluated.
• Even after team placement is established, movement between rosters during the season is possible:
  • If a player deserves to be moved up a level, we will make it happen.
  • If a player is struggling to compete at the level initially assigned, there is the ability to move down a level, build confidence and move back up when the time is right.
• This process applies to both Academy and Premier team programs.

We recognize that this is a different approach to how tryouts and team formation are traditionally done — but this system puts the player and their development at the center of every decision. Rather than 2-3 high-pressure tryout sessions, we will take the entire month of June to fully evaluate each player. By July 1st, we will place each player at the level that best fits their current stage of development and gives them the greatest opportunity to grow. Throughout the season, players will continue to be evaluated, and movement between levels will always remain an option. If a player is excelling and ready for a greater challenge, they can move up. If a player needs more time to develop in a different environment, they can move down — because every decision we make is based on what is best for the player, not just where they started.

Our message is simple: join our program and trust the process. We will place your player where they need to be right now, and provide the environment, coaching, and opportunity for them to keep progressing all season long.
