Western Washington Surf has transitioned to a school-year age group model beginning with the 2026–27 season. Tryouts are open to players based on the grade they will be entering in Fall 2026, not strictly by birth year. Players should reference our Age Group Calculator or eligibility guidelines to confirm their appropriate age group before registering.

- For players that are highly competitive and committed, we offer our Academy program.
- For players that love the game of soccer but want a less intense environment, we offer our Premier program.
- Both options provide a great experience led by professional coaches that will develop and challenge each and every player with an emphasis on creating a positive environment.

HS BOYS TRYOUT ELIGIBILITY (2026/27 – SCHOOL YEAR)
Tryouts are open to players in the following age groups based on school-year birth dates:• U16 Boys: Born August 1, 2010 – July 31, 2011
• U17 Boys: Born August 1, 2009 – July 31, 2010
• U19 Boys: Born August 1, 2007 – July 31, 2009
